What exactly is Mind Coaching?
Mind coaching is a collaborative and explorative process where I help you unpack the perceptions and beliefs that shape your reality. As a non-directive coach, I don’t give advice. Instead, I ask powerful questions to help you reflect, find your own answers, and unlock the clarity and confidence that’s already within you.
How many sessions do I need?
This is unique to every person and their goals. Some clients find immense value in a 3-session Kickstart to tackle a specific challenge, while others thrive with the long-term support of the 6-month Evolve package to create deep, lasting change. The best way to find your fit is for us to discuss your needs on a free consult call.
What if I’m unsure about what to focus on?
That’s a great place to start! Gaining clarity on what matters most is often the first breakthrough. We can begin by exploring what feels unsettled in your life. As we connect the dots, themes will naturally emerge, giving us a powerful focus for our work together.
How is coaching different from therapy?
The key difference lies in the focus and approach. Therapy often delves into the “why” behind past experiences to diagnose and heal. Coaching is future-focused. We use your present awareness to create actionable steps toward the life you desire. While we may look to the past for context, our energy is always directed forward on your goals.
What happens in a session?
Each 1-hour session is your dedicated space for exploration. We’ll start by identifying what you’d like to focus on. Through powerful questioning and reflection, we’ll dive deep into that topic, following threads that feel meaningful to you. We’ll conclude by crystallizing your insights and, if it feels right, identifying actions or new perspectives to experiment with before we meet again.
How do I know if I’m ready for coaching?
You’re likely ready if you feel a willingness to explore yourself and a commitment to taking steps toward change. Coaching is a powerful, active process that can be challenging in a supportive and transformative way. It’s not a substitute for crisis mental healthcare.
